I’m pretty sure I’m in good company to say I’m totally blowing my diet tomorrow. I’ve already been over to my mother-in-laws where she was making my request of a cream cheese pumpkin pie, she also makes the best chicken and dressing I’ve ever tasted. My mom on the other hand is not an amazing cook, I can say that because she’ll tell you that herself. Not that her food is terrible, it’s very good and she makes some of my favorite meals I remember growing up but when I married my husband and tasted my MIL’s cooking I soon realized how much love she put in her cooking and you could tell. My mom cooked so we would survive LOL! Much like me, I cook so we can eat but the passion in my cooking, it’s just not there. I hate to cook. But I LOVE Thanksgiving! My most fondest memories are when family are gathered around together, visiting and you can hear the laughter from outside the house. Throwing a football in the backyard and making fools of ourselves since the women have no idea what the rules truly are. Or is that just me?

It’s our bread and butter, what we’re known for, what we love to photograph the most. If you’re expecting, and really want ATW to be the ones to photograph this moment for you, now is the time to book! Normally when you book a newborn session, you will pay a session fee and pay separately for prints and digitals. With our sale, you can purchase a session and your entire digital gallery all in one with print release. Most of our clients simply cannot choose which pictures to purchase, so many people purchase the entire digital gallery anyway. You will receive every picture from your session, fully edited and in digital form, which will allow you to print the amount you want, the size you want, and print them where you want. We will give you guidance on where to print for the highest quality images, so you will know where the best print investment can be made.

We will offer this deal for only 48 hours, and it will include only ONE session per month. It is on a first come, first serve basis so act quickly expecting mothers! Your purchase MUST be for YOUR due date month. Any other purchases will be penalized with a fee and the rest will be refunded to you. We definitely don’t want to be petty but we can only do this for a select amount of dates, and to refund through PayPal we will still be charged a fee for processing your payment. If you’re wanting to photograph your baby throughout the year and see the big changes they make, this is a great basic package. You will receive a posed newborn session, a 6 month in studio milestone session, and a regular in studio 12 month session. This package does not include a cake smash. Your entire digital gallery will be given for each of these sessions, so again you won’t have to pick between images and you’ll have them all! I do not offer this particular package ever so if you want it, grab it!

I LOVE our canvas prints! Talk about an elegant way to display your prints. It literally looks like someone took your picture and painted it on a canvas. With the thickness being 1.25″, your picture wraps around the entire edge of the frame giving it beautiful depth. We know there are many canvas printing options out there, but with the poor quality in your non-professional brands, this leaves your images looking dull and lifeless. So, it very much is worth your investment to go with professional quality.

Due to copyright issues of professional photographs, we can only print original ATW photographs. If this is a long past session that you do not own the digital rights to, please contact us so we can confirm we do in fact have your image to print before you purchase. We back up our sessions for quite a long time, so we will likely still have your image, and it never hurts to ask! If you have the digital copy to one of our images, we can print it with no issues. TRADITIONAL WEDDING DAY – $1350
I will arrive once everyone is dressed with the exception of the bride where I will capture some of her most important people helping her to get ready. From here we can do a first look with the groom if applicable. Bridal party pictures, family pictures, ring shots, decor shots, all the traditional things a wedding consists of will be shot. My time allotted for is a 6 hour day. 3 hours before the ceremony starts, and 3 hours once it’s suppose to start. This gives enough time to get all the traditional stuff. Due to the mass amount of images I will edit and return the images within a few months to you via USB where you will be able to print wherever you would like.

EXTENDED WEDDING DAY – $1980
If you’re one that wants to capture every moment of the day, this is for you! I start my day with the bride at the salon or venue. I’ll capture all the little moments before it’s go time, just call me your little shadow for the day. Then from here I will get decor pictures, detail ring shots, first look, etc etc. All the traditional pictures as described in my traditional wedding package will be covered. My time allotted for is a 9 hour say. 6 hours before the ceremony starts, and 3 hours once it’s suppose to start. Due to the mass amount of images, I will edit and return the images within a few months to you via USB where you will be able to print wherever you like.

You might have heard our event at Social Bites of Ruston on December 17th! We will be having tons of fun with Mrs. Clause decorating cookies. Once your child is finished, they may take their cookie home and stop to tell Santa what they want for Christmas. We’ll be there the entire time to catch snapshots of your children during the event and to capture a keepsake photo with Santa. All images will be uploaded into a gallery for you to download and keep in digital form and print yourself. For $25 we find that a steal, seeing as you can go to the mall and spend twice that for just a print with Santa, we wanted to make more of a memory for you and your kids this year. We will have two 30 minute groups, one at 10am and the other at 11:30am.

Also, I don’t know about you, but being a mother at Christmastime it can be quite tough to push out all the distractions of the real meaning of Christmas. Jesus came as a baby to give us life! I wanted to take a figure, Santa, of such importance to kids and turn it around to show the real meaning of why we celebrate. So every profit we make on this event will be benefiting Samaritan’s Purse.

Last year, I was very surprised to find out many people had not known what Samaritan’s Purse was and I thought I’d do a little educating. I was introduced to Samaritan’s Purse when I was a little kid. At church you could fill a shoebox with toys for kids in other countries who didn’t have the funds to have Christmas presents. I remember we would buy things like crayons, socks, pencils, toothpaste, a ball, etc. Such simple things I thought were insignificant presents. I didn’t truly understand how this could be a gift, they were needs not gifts. Once you would fill your shoebox, you would bring it to your church, if they were participating in the event, and then Samaritan’s Purse would ship these boxes all over the world to kids in need. In doing so they would share Jesus while passing out these gifts.

Today as an adult, I’ve heard the testimonies of now adults receiving their shoeboxes and getting such simple items and it was the only gift they had ever received. The toys they would get of course excited them, but the needs we take for granted, were the real gift to them. In turn many of these kids came to know Jesus through this experience. You can find so many of these testimonies from people who got shoeboxes as kids on their website, just google “samaritan’s purse shoebox stories” and you’ll find tons of these. One stuck out to me today that I’d like to share. About a boy in an orphanage receiving a bar of soap. It’s not long and worth the read to really gauge the weight of the gifts we give. You can see his story here.

But what else does Samaritan’s Purse do? They are totally beyond shoeboxes! They are giving reliefs efforts to people all over the world. You can give money to help pay for livestock for a family to provide milk for nutrients and to also provide a living with their animals by selling the milk.

Money you give can be given to help provide medical care to the sick, schooling to the kids, food for a family, provide plants for crops, prevent human trafficking, and give fresh water where they need it, and way more then that.

This organization is wayyyyy more then shoeboxes and they do it in the name of Jesus! So please if you’re going to do a picture with Santa, please skip the mall and come for a cause. Come to teach your kids why we celebrate. Come to provide for kids who don’t have simple things as cookies. Come to spread the good news! Shout it from the mountain tops that Jesus Christ is born!!
