I don’t know if ya’ll have been busy this summer but personally we have been! My girl and I have been enjoying the summer days together and haven’t stopped at all. It’s been such a blessing to spend the break together but in between those fun days have been many spent at the studio at work. Now that she is double digits, she really has become a big help in the studio! She has helped me getting baby’s attention, grabbing supplies for me, entertaining siblings that accompany babies. I may have to start paying her! Although it has been great, I am definitely ready for a routine and getting back to work hours and that includes doing more blogging to showcase some of the work we’ve been doing.

Collins Kate has been such a funny lil nugget! I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a baby with such a big personality! Look at that sassy thing! Her Aunt taught her how to do “duck lips” and did it on command. I’m really thinking this kid might be a hoot when she grows up.

I absolutely loved mom’s request for simple and white, touch of blues. Her cake request was pastels with almost paint strokes and Heather at Social Bites of Ruston did not disappoint. As always she knocked it out of the park! Finished the session out with simple shots and it was a wrap! She was an easy subject and a joy to have in the studio.
