Baylor 6 months | Ruston LA Baby Photographer

Now this guy has surprised me! I never thought Baylor would be as smiley as he is. Now please forgive me but I was assuming he would be stoic child because his sister was at his age. I have photographed his sister Anniston since she was 6 months old and I can count on one hand how many times she has smiled when taking pictures (ok maybe 2 hands). It’s definitely not a reflection on the child’s personality, just some children get overwhelmed with the camera and so much individual attention. Ask some of your mommy friends who take their child for scheduled pictures. Even some of the smiliest children do not smile for a picture. I have been pleasantly surprised by this one with his personality and spunk. He’s a cutie for sure!

To me he looks just like his sister. Take that with a grain of salt. I can never tell who children look like, whether it be their father or their mother but Anniston definitely has a distinctive trait that I can see in Baylor as well. I’m thinking it’s their mouth? But again I am horrible at recognizing certain matching details. All I know is something is similar!

I told you this one was all smiles!! That’s the same face I make when someone brings me cake, or brownies, or fried chicken. Ok really anything I can stuff my face with…

But for Baylor, seems like toes will do just fine for him.

After a nice snack on his little piggies, we decided it was some feel free time. No diaper or clothes of any kind, with the exception of a hat. I just can’t get over little baby booties! I remember a client’s husband recently say “What’s up with women and naked babies?” when we did the same for his baby. I mean come on?! Is that not the cutest thing!?

Here is Baylor in his daddy’s outfit when he was his age. Just precious.

I’m glad this little guy has proven my assumption wrong because I’m living for these little grins. You’re growing way too fast slugger!
